Whole class texts

All classes share a range of stories and texts. These vary greatly, depending upon the interests and needs of the cohort. We also will share longer texts with the classes over the terms – these are chosen to inspire not only a love of reading, but also to link closely with writing experiences and to foster our pupils on their journey to becoming authors themselves.

These texts change regularly, the current focus texts for each year group are:
