Hello, welcome to the Spring term 1 in Reception.

We have a great topic planned. It was lovely to have so many planning sheets returned with lots of great ideas.

The children are all interested in our Community heroes, and we have a few visitors planned to tell us about their really special jobs.

We also have a few questions to be answered about superpowers - I will try my best!

I have added the planning ideas below and our overview for the term.

In our last week we will be looking at the Chinese New Year Celebrations and experience a Dance Workshop. We will also be finding out about the story The Great Race, which is believed to be the reason for some of the Chinese New Year traditions.   

I am looking forward to a great term.
