We are going to use our English lesson today to work on some PSHCE. 

We are going to be thinking about the Zones of Regulation. Have a look at the pictures to remind yourselves of the different zones and the emotions we might feel in these zones.

 

We are going to think about how our bodies and our brains feel when we are in each of these zones. After the zoom, please complete the Zones of Regulation sheets below.
