Today, we will be continuing to work on dividing a 2 digit number by a 1 digit number. Sometimes, we can use our estimation skills to help us work out whether an answer makes sense. Remember- estimation is where you come up with a sensible guess.

Check you have used:

• Speech marks around words that come out of someone’s mouth
• Capital at the start of speech
• Comma, exclamation mark or question mark before closing speech if sentence needs to continue
• Different word for said.
