The Very Hungry Caterpillar

A real favourite for many - as it is such a familiar story we will be using the story to support us with our story telling skills. 

Our first 2 weeks will be used looking at the story.

It will help us to:

Talk about food

Recall the days of the week.

Sequence a story - looking at the beginning, middle and end of a story.

We will then use the story to help us learn the facts about the life cycle of a caterpillar. (whilst having our own caterpillars to observe!)
