We are going to be looking at the Jungle again this week.

We are going to use the story of Night Monkey Day Monkey by Julia Donaldson

We are going to use this story to look at the different things that come to life in the in the jungle at different parts of the day. 

Challenges:

Can you draw all of the things that are around at night. 

Can you draw all of the things that are around in the day.

Can you label all of the things in your pictures?

Can you write some sentences about your favourite part of the story.  - what can you see, what do the day monkey and night monkey talk about as the same but different?

This week we are looking at 3D shapes  - I have put a separate file on the left with all of the White Rose Maths resources in and some extra activities to support your learning of 3D shapes.
