Reading(Zoom at 9.30am): 

We will be reading chapters 20-23 today of There's a Boy in the Girls' Bathroom.

English(Zoom at 9.30am):

Today we will be continuing our writing of our Sci-Fi stories, you now have until Friday to complete them!

Today we will be focusing on the middle section of our stories. I will be showing you how you can build the tension in your story using the features of story writing we have looked at previously. 

Remember to check your success criteria at the top of the page.

Dictation as part of the -ible work in the RWI book.  

Maths (Zoom at 11am):

Today we are continuing to have a look at dividing 4 digits by 1 digit, and today we will be making sure you are feeling really confident with the method for division. 

Remember the Zoom is at 11am, so make sure you are ready to have a go at these questions!

Science:

Today we are going to learn all about the geocentric and heliocentric debates. 

We will think about how scientists discovered that the Earth was not at the centre of the solar system, but that we were travelling around the Sun. 

Have a look through the slides below, then attempt to look at the work, which asks you to sort the different statements. 

Have a look at this video of Copernicus discussing how he came up with this theory, and eventually proved it to be true!
