This is an outline of our week.  The areas of learning are in more detail below and then the resources are all available at the bottom of the page.

Phonics

We have all found remembering 'ng' and 'nk' a challenge. I have added some resources below to help you with this. 

 

Reading

We are looking at Rhyme this wee - hearing rhyming words and continuing a rhyming string. Have a look at the powerpoint activities and then try out the recording tasks and matching games. 

 

Maths

Below are the daily White Rose resources for each of the teaching points.  I have added the White Rose link so you can look at Miss Copper tell you about the learning each day.

I have also added in some of the class based activities that we are doing based on one more and one less. We are looking at the story of The Gingerbread man to help us with maths this week as it adds on one more each time. The resources are below. You may have a copy of the book at home. 

Mice

I have attached a powerpoint on Mice - we are looking at Mice as this weeks Nocturnal animal.  There are some good mice facts - maybe you could find some more?
